For Noemy, yoga is abundance — of emotion, knowledge, and healing. Originally from Spain, she discovered yoga 7 years ago after back injuries from sports and has been teaching since 2019. Specializing in Vinyasa, she focuses on safety, breath, and bandhas, guiding students to reconnect with their inner strength in a calm, supportive space.
